Legora discusses long-term investors and its strategy

A Legora executive said he and the company’s CFO met institutional investors, including Baron Capital and Capital Group. He said the conversations helped the company sharpen its long-term strategy: Legora wants to be the platform on which all legal work runs. Unlike previous fundraising rounds, when venture firms were selling themselves to the company, Legora is now pitching investors with access to public markets.
