Hosts speculate that home security could be an early use for humanoid robots

After discussing a video of Unitree’s H2X Kung Fu Legend Guardian, the hosts noted that it did not show the robot fighting a person. One host suggested humanoid robots could find an earlier product-market fit in home security than in household chores such as washing dishes: a human-sized machine might physically deter or interrupt a break-in. Another questioned whether that effect would last if criminals studied what the robots can actually do. This was speculation about a potential use, not a claim that the capability exists or has been proven effective.
