Nevis says Charles Schwab partnership will accelerate automation of RIA operations
Nevis has worked with Charles Schwab for about two years, the company’s co-founder and CEO, Mark Swan, said. According to Swan, Schwab’s investment in Nevis’s Series B will help accelerate the development of what the company calls authorized agents. He said much of advisors’ manual work involves operations on custody platforms, including moving money and opening custody accounts. The partnership, he said, is expected to create new opportunities to automate those workflows for the companies’ shared customers: registered independent advisory firms (RIAs).
