Nikesh: Demand for compute currently exceeds supply

Discussing AI compute demand and plans to bring new capacity online in 2027, Nikesh said demand currently appears to exceed supply. Compute is expensive to obtain from hyperscalers or newer cloud providers; he said it costs substantially more than it did two years ago. He believes the high price indicates a supply shortage and sees no signs that demand is about to ease.
