Lawyer sees potential for scarce assets to rise as AI creates wealth

Discussing the idea of investing both in frontier technology and in assets less exposed to AI, the lawyer did not call it his overarching investment thesis but described it as a reasonable hedge. His own view is that beachfront property and unique sports teams could continue to appreciate as wealth is created in the AI boom and a major wealth transfer unfolds over the next 10 years.
