Pope Leo questions Jensen Huang’s commitment to AI safety

Pope Leo questioned Jensen Huang’s commitment to AI safety, saying he had read reports that NVIDIA was launching new safety tools for model builders on Monday but that Huang’s recent comments raised doubts.

Leo said Huang was “the same one” who argued there should be no limits and no government regulation. The remarks were made on a flight back to Rome from a visit to France.
