Guest prefers to keep personal and work AI assistants separate
One guest said he prefers separate tools for personal and work tasks: Muse does not get access to his work email, while Claude Code is connected to work data. He said he would probably use an enterprise product from Anthropic if it were solid, because he trusts the company’s safety to some extent. This was the guest’s personal assessment, not confirmation that a separate Claude Muse product exists.
In his view, keeping the tools separate helps preserve boundaries between personal and work data, even if they can exchange information, for example through forwarded emails. The panel also discussed the value of an assistant doing more than reading incoming mail: it could check whether requests sent to others have been completed and remind the user to follow up. A host gave an example in which his agent, Dot, found a week later that someone had not updated a website and suggested following up.
